They have found ways to save me money without compromising my coverage and when I did have a claim, it was handled quickly and efficiently through Georgette, who was very helpful. Kathy, my account manager, has also been extremely helpful and is always quick to respond to my "everyday" questions/concerns.

I cannot imagine anyone NOT enjoying the customer service of this Agency. I've been a client for life, a tradition passed on from my parents. This company has wonderful people that have jumped through hoops for me multiple times when I've had a simple question or an accident claim. My account manager has even broken out one of my bills by location by hand because they were all on one policy and I requested it for accounting purposes! My agent always calls and emails me back and I have yet to hear from a friend or family member that has not had equivalent over the top service. Give them a call if you have an insurance problem or are looking for a trustworthy, honest agency - they truly are the best.
