Russ has over 26 years of complex claims management and development experience at The Hartford, Safeco, and Liberty Mutual. Experienced in developing claims standard operating procedures, creating training manuals, leading and motivating teams, as well as delivering technical direction with an emphasis on customer service, performance management, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Personal Lines Claims Representative with over 20 years’ experience in insurance industry, 17 of those years specialized in Personal Lines Claims, home and auto.
Commercial Lines Claims Representative with more than 30 years of claims handling experience in the insurance industry. Tracy is a Licensed Property & Casualty Adjuster in all lines. Tracy is proficient in complex commercial lines claim handling, including the worker’s compensation lines of business, and is well versed in personal lines as well. Tracy has obtained her Associate in Claims (AIC) and Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA) designations.
